Steam Engine Footplate Experience

This great experience allows you to ride with the crew of a steam train on the 21 mile trip from Tenterden to Bodiam and back. During your journey you will be accompanied by an experienced instructor who will explain the functions of the driver and the fireman. This is an excellent introduction to the art of operating a steam locomotive and will hopefully inspire you to learn how to do it yourself! Location: Kent (South East)
